Our Recognition Philosophy
“Every participant is appreciated. Every achiever is celebrated. Merit is recognised transparently and fairly.”
The skill-based questions made my daughter genuinely think rather than memorise. Her performance report showed us exactly where she shines.
Holding the Olympiad during school hours was easy. The reports gave our teachers a clear picture of how each class was doing.
A transparent, well-structured programme. The recognition our students and school received was a proud moment for our institution.
Everything students, parents and schools need to know about WOF Olympiads.
Registrations are currently conducted offline through schools. To take part, your school can contact the World Olympiad Foundation directly by phone or email. A school coordinator is nominated, students are enrolled via the student list, and the exam is conducted within school premises during regular school hours.
An Olympiad is a friendly competitive exam that checks how well a student understands and thinks in a subject. Instead of rewarding memorising, it shows how a student is really doing compared with others across the country.
Students of Classes 1 to 12 can participate through their school. Each of the six WOF Olympiads has its own eligible grade range, and a student may enrol in one or more subjects.
Exams are conducted within school premises during regular school hours under teacher supervision — so students sit them in a familiar, comfortable environment with no external travel. Classes 1–4 attempt 35 questions and Classes 5–12 attempt 50 questions, in a 60-minute MCQ format.
Results are shared within a set time after checking. Each school gets a clear report showing how every class did and where students can improve.
Every participant receives a Certificate of Participation. Students who qualify advance to Round 2 and can earn merit certificates, medals and national-level recognition based on their performance.
The student registration fee is ₹200 per subject. Schools retain ₹50 per student per subject as administrative support and transfer the balance to the World Olympiad Foundation. Payments are accepted only through approved digital modes — cash is not accepted.
Registrations are currently handled offline through participating schools. Get in touch and our team will guide you through the simple enrolment process.
